Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and l44 app (hereinafter "l44 app", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the l44 app platform — including any of its sub-sections, features, game offerings, promotional programmes, or payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the l44 app platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the l44 app Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your relationship with l44 app. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the l44 app platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. l44 app does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any form of gaming or betting activity on the platform. 18+
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or professional gambling syndicate.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether entered into directly with l44 app or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where participation in the l44 app platform would constitute a criminal offence on your part.
• You have not previously had a l44 app account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms, and you have not been formally banned from the platform.
• You are acting in good faith and for the purposes of personal entertainment only — not for any commercial, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful purpose.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the l44 app platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information should any of it change subsequent to registration.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, l44 app may request the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence bearing your photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official correspondence confirming your residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. l44 app is not liable for any delays in fund processing that arise from a player's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner. All KYC documents submitted to l44 app are handled in strict accordance with the l44 app Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the l44 app support team immediately at [email protected].

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

l44 app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fees are charged by l44 app; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which l44 app bears no responsibility.

Deposits: A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions. A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies for Visa and Mastercard transactions. Deposits are credited to your l44 app wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for mobile wallet transactions. l44 app does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the l44 app finance team within the timeframes stated in the platform's current withdrawal policy. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your name that you have previously used for deposits on the platform. l44 app reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player within the specified cancellation window.

Funds held in your l44 app wallet: Funds deposited into your l44 app wallet remain your property at all times, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements. l44 app does not use player funds for operational purposes. In the event of platform closure, l44 app will use reasonable commercial efforts to return available player balances via the player's registered payment method.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotional Terms

l44 app offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on designated slot titles, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements are subject to expiry. The expiry period applicable to each bonus is stated in its specific terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: l44 app reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, collusion between players, or any other activity that l44 app reasonably determines to be an attempt to circumvent the intended operation of the bonus programme.
• Right to Modify: l44 app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already accepted a specific offer in good faith prior to such modification.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the l44 app platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during the operation of your account.
• Accessing or attempting to access the account of any other registered player without their explicit authorisation.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, software, or any other technical mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players for the purpose of exploiting platform mechanics, bonus structures, or game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the l44 app software, game engines, or security systems.
• Using the platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or the circumvention of financial regulations.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward l44 app staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void and will be reclaimed.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content available on the l44 app platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game titles and their associated visual and audio assets, trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, promotional materials, text, graphics, images, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of l44 app or its respective third-party licensors (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other game providers).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the l44 app platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights or any rights to use l44 app intellectual property outside of the platform for any purpose whatsoever.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or in any other way exploit any content from the l44 app platform without the prior written consent of l44 app or the relevant rights holder. Any unauthorised use of l44 app intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your l44 app account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed, and any verified balance in your wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal terms.

Suspension or Closure by l44 app: l44 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct associated with the account.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the l44 app Responsible Gaming programme.
• Any regulatory or legal requirement that obliges l44 app to restrict or terminate access to a specific player's account.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. l44 app will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at l44 app's discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, verified player funds will be returned via the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l44 app, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the l44 app platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by you during registration or the KYC process.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or promotional material published on the platform.

l44 app makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While l44 app takes all reasonable steps to ensure consistent platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

l44 app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory developments, changes to the platform's product offering, or any other operational consideration that l44 app deems relevant.

When material changes are made to these Terms, l44 app will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or by publishing a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice, which will not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes, unless a shorter period is required by law or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the l44 app platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in Section 8 of this document.
